12:00 - Motorcycles to depart from designated locations ~ cost in kind donations accepted

• 11 – 12:00 - Registration @ each location
• 13:00- Arrive at Stolley’s Hogg Alley
• 14:00- Staging to leave for Wisconsin Harley
• 14:30 – arrive at Wisconsin Harley

9:00 – 19:00 Raffles/silent auctions?

11:00 – 22:00 Food & Beverages available

• All purchases for food; soda; water will be made at the venders stand. No Tickets will need to be purchased.
  • Beer Capital – Miller Light; Coors; MGD; Mike’s Hard Beverages
    • Will need to purchase tickets

3:00 Opening Ceremonies

• Presentation/Thank you speech /Remembrance of Randy Schopen
• Flag folding ceremony
• Fisher House speech
• Presentation of the colors

• Fly over/Parachute’s
